The design is pulled directly from Ceasefire — an acrylic and oil paint piece on wood panel created for the LIC Arts Open 10x10 Fundraiser 2026 — where a hyper-detailed skull sits centered within a blazing geometric mandala. It is at once a protest and a prayer. In the context of Influence 26, Ceasefire asks the question Cortes returns to again and again: what are we willing to fight for, and what do we choose to let go? Five colorways, each carrying the same message differently.
